About this company
Pronghorn is well renowned as a unique golf and vacation destination. Yet, Pronghorn retains its own distinctive identity among other resorts.
Geographically breathtaking, with the mountains, rivers and desert landscaping, Pronghorn is stunningly beautiful. It is situated in the middle of nowhere yet close to everything Bend, Oregon has to offer.
When you think of Pronghorn, you think of professional golf courses and stunning views, outdoor adventures and fine dining. But do you think of ancient western Juniper trees creating a forest of beauty in the high desert?
Pronghorn lies to the west of a vast juniper preserve. The Juniper Hills Preserve is nestled between the Ochoco Mountains on the north and the Maury Mountains on the south.
Do you think of wildlife, including the Pronghorn antelope itself, roaming and grazing in the distance?
Pronghorn antelope are the fastest ungulates (hoofed mammals) in North America and can reach speeds of up to 40 miles an hour. Oregon has about 25,000 pronghorn antelope which are native to the Columbia Plateau and the High Desert shrub lands of eastern Oregon.
The Juniper Preserve serves as a vital migratory corridor for elk, antelope and other wildlife, and hosts a wide variety of wildflowers and grasses
Where else can you get all this? Only at the Pronghorn Resort. Come see for yourself, smack dab in the middle of Juniper trees and under blue, clear skies.
